@=CnK= Steele: There is no chance involved: After transplanting a brain in someone, a swapper brain will appear somewhere on the map, then it's about you finding it or not ;) If you find it and implant it into somebody then a new one will spawn somewhere else.
PS: I am not making/updating mods for this game any more by the way, so I was trying to give you some alternatives with Ghost Goat ^^

I have my special use button set to the right mouse button, I guess i just forgot the "Press R key" in the instructions meant the special use button. Thanks!

@rob0tmushroomman: Are you sure you were not moving when holding R? Also did you change your keyboard bindings maybe? The "R" key is actually whatever key you binded to the "use ability" action.

I think there might be a bug, I used to be able to change brains fine but now if i hold R near any entity there is no effect or brain changing sound. This happens even if i have no other mods or mutators enabled

Combine this with the Goatymon World mod and you have a whole array of creatures (and more chances for abominations)

@A player: Can you please check if you have more than 50 Goat Sim mods on your computer, and if you do, remove some of them and try again?

@Cathar: If you already found a swapper brain, you cannot find any more of those unless you transplant the first one into somebody.

@thebigblox429: I could do that, but that would mess a bit with their original attack pattern as they try to find another body to possess all the time (they can't take control of your goat body). Also the idea with them was that they will go out of control very fast and it will be hard to stop them after releasing one of them, so if they simply run at you to kick you or something, they will be super easy to catch XD
