Ok I got it working - the sub building enabler is marked as depreciated and Breeze claims that it is now part of the vanilla game, so this is what was getting me confused as to why I couldn't get it to work.

you need the sub buildings enabler mod. it is linked in the description and the required objects.

I know it should be, but all I'm seeing is half the building, which is the maintenance part. The part with the garges just doesn't show up in game.. although I can see it in the editor.

I can't find the snow dump in any tab and "find it" can't find it, although it is enabled.. so I don't understand where I'm going wrong.
