Leader: Tree Father Birch
UA: The Hidden Oasis: Cannot Build or Gain Settlers, double religious pressure from Capital, and plus 1 food and production from forrest tiles.
UB: Harold's Grove: a palace replacement that produces faith, an unique promotion to units "Barkskin"(which provides plus 15% combat strength when defending)
UI: Minded Woods: can only be built on a forrest tile, provides +1 Hapiness, +2 Culture and Faith.
Alternatively The Institute can be like Venice and have only one city, and using Replacement Synths/Synth Infiltrators to take over Cities!
Also, I'm not sure if a 'Synth Nuclear Powerplant' is a good unique building. Instead I can think of a couple different UUs to replace it:
Synth Caravan: Replaces Caravans. Provides an addition science bonus from trade routes with other civilizations.
Courser: Replaces Marines. Has the same stealh promotion as the one seen on submarines, making them invisible to enemy units until they attack. The drawback of such a powerful ability would either be a resource requirement (i.e. Aluminum) or a very high production cost.
