How do I disable spawning period? Except in designated areas?

i cant figure out how to make custom respawn ships anymore. all the old tutorials are useless now

what about the old orignal respawners whit the large blocks

This is perfect, will use this in my Return to Sol world along with the harder landers and my ERV lander
