So this mod functions identically to Partial Mission Completion but the end mission screen won't say Mission Partially Failed

@pintocat It counts as a mission abort (this mainly kicks in for missions you complete the strategic objective but not the kill all enemies objective due to evacing)

Does a partial mission completion count as a total fail in terms of Success-based Dynamic Force Level?
