If you use this blueprint be sure to redo the server room. All the tables are too close and IT can't get to any server.

@Don.Gasolina Thanks! Thats help me much! I have smaller teams around 25-30 person now. Support and market outsourced. Only one team on a project. Its look much better:snaggletooth:

@Amoc : You have to look at the indicator in your design document sheet. Needs depend of project.
About multiple teams, I've noticed some penality and i dont know if the time are equally devided.

Hi i like it and use it now. But can you give me a tipp how many ppl is optimal in a team? I mean i guess lots of ppl in a team or lots of teams workin in one or different projects?
