15 power looks too big to me.
For one considering that power isn't that hard or particularly expensive to get to begin with (and that there arent enough facilities to build to warrant a dramatic power consumption), and second being that recruits practically grow on trees, like once you have your team (and reserve team if you roll like the fatigue mod or whatevs) you kind of don't really care anymore.
If you can find some method of changing what the bonuses DO altogether to actually benefit players rather than be some kind of useless extra, then that'd be rad, otherwise it'd maybe be best to just remove them altogether honestly.
Personally, I've never gotten a full continent bonus until the late game (unless it was something amazing like armed to the teeth or fire when ready). Either they happen organically through facilities/story missions, or they happen during the victory lap. It's not something I've targetted specifically?
Is this the same for everyone else?
