which level is it? I always have problems to get 2 x 4 buildings in NY style growing because there are no appropriate L1 corner buildings to level up to L2 or L3. :-/

Too bad it does not connect to buildings next to it..., maybe reducing footprint....

I think there's some in the European theme. I made a lvl 3: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=611262809 .
Will make a simple lvl 1 after this.

Thanks for updating this one :) My only concern, 2x4 - are there other buildings of that footprint? I'm afraid it's won't be able to level up

I like it but you should make it wall to wall for more realism.
