you can spawn multiple machiens in with the Building tools mod
and it probably isnt working because the machine is outdated, i made it about a year ago, after all

just subed but i wont stay still it just keeps on blowing up with no mines under it ( do i need water mod)

this was in an older update, the watermod hasnt updated it, however you can see it on the besiege forums (in order to get it looking realistic, you need the resources from watermod 2)

it can move on the ground itself, only 35 blocks,
and doesn't need a long runway.
