Heavy tanks can't use the bridges. please fix this

nice map ; purple smoke was different !

after the bridges are blown and fixed by engineers, we couldnt manage to get heavy tanks over the bridge, medium tanks and other units were fine. in other custom maps we've played, repaired bridges could handle a heavy tank.
