Are those based in some way on RHS ? If so, perhaps RHS compact is needed as well...

maybe the mods just not compat, ive seen it on 3cb BAF, HAFM ships, and maybe frenchpoint, usually 30mm, 75mm, 120mm etc shells

I've never made CUP compatibility addon. Once I saw their folder structure and how much manual work was required, I just gave up. Each weapon has it's own PBO and config inside. That would require to dePBO, convert config file look into lines and make a note for my mod for each weapon in CUP. It's a simple but veeeeery time consuming. I did asked devs if they have some list, but they basically just told me look for myself.

Big red balls are usually connected with ACE mod. Apply my compability addon for ACE and see if it fixes the problem.

Okay Idk how this happend but I have the Tracer mod, and It worked fine on the Vietnam DLC maps and stuff, but now on Altis the tracers are overly big and just the size of a truck when they get shot.

@Randy Shughart, If you find a way, maybe an excel file with all classnames for the bullets in CUP, I can make a compatibility mode.

@Randy Shughart, I've never made compatibility for CUP. Tried once to do it then I saw I need to manually check a ton of files individually so I just lost will.

I'm getting a strange effect when using with the CUP UH-60M's side mounted M134s. The tracer turns into a short line of dots that only resolves into an actual tracer when I get real close to them. Any fix?

nvm, i just tested it with blast core and your mod only, and it doesn't have that effect, i'll have to figure out what happened, but i'm sure i remember removing it from the modlilst i was using and the objects disappearing

@de_BearN, the tracers should be same as vanilla, only the model is different. But I did not worked on that part so not sure if it hurts FPS. On my end I haven't experienced additional lag.

this creates objects to each tracer doesn't it? i was wondering why it was lagging a ton, when those phalanx/praetorian shot up it kept building tracers objects non-stop that took a while to fall, are they necessary for the mod? i tried deleting them mid air via zeus didn't seem to affect the tracer itself, why not auto-delete them?

@Dickjoebob, not much of time. Tracers are primary made for A3, so that part is done. But I never got around to fix lighting of tracers. I got stuck there.

Would it be possible for you to send me an unbinarized tracer template?
Been trying to make a weapon and wanted to use a different tracer, unfortunately it seems the only thing that matters is the model the round uses
tracerColor and tracerColorR don't seem to change anything, and even at tracerStartTime set to 0.001 or even just 0 it still starts a bit of a ways away from the gun.
So since I'm not great with modeling, I wanted to use this as a template, stretch it out, and change its color to a purple-ish one like what you'd see if you look up "hydrogen plasma"

if you want to use RHS, ACE or some other compatibility addon I've made. Then open their workshop pages and subscribe.
