You should get the character who inspired the design of Jonathan, none other than Kenshiro. Cause it'd be cool to have the Ripple and Hokuto Shinken fighting side by side.

Shadow Dio, Shadow Diavolo, Doppio, Crazy Diamond, The World, Johnny, Gyro,
Jotaro, Vanilla Ice and a little more.

It requires Blender work, but it can probably work. If the issue with the hair persists, try and look at models with similar hair and copy, paste the VMT lines there just to see if it works or not. As for flexes, make sure to get the flexes as close to the original ones in the game or better yet in the anime itself. :O

@FinD|Me [EGOIST] Yea i've tried to add alpha test and translucent but it doesnt seem to work which is weird. Unfortunately this model and its textures were also packed into one so thats another issue. I will be adding flexes next time i update the model.

MUDA MUDA MUDA!!!!! BTW, to fix your problem with the hair, did you add $translucent or $alpha_test booleans to your VMTs? You may need to make a separate VMT for the hair just in case. BTW, I highly recommend you try to learn to make flexes, it's not that hard.
