Usually, if you click the subscribe button it goes in the folder of the game inside the steam folder (that one where your games are).

How do i download this pack? (I bought VX ACE NOT on steam...)

Click the green "+ subscribe" button, launch the RM VXAce app, click on the gear icon (Ctrl+M) and you can see the % of the download and where the folder is.
Go where the folder is and search inside where the charas are ;)

(If I have some time, I see for make MV version if you want)
