@baronjutter: Hi thanks for the feedback! I will try to squeeze in time to make it RICO. I've got 2 jobs now and it's eating up almost all my time unfortunately. I just got back from a 1 month training trip in Europe -very hectic. I will try to finish more buildings

Yeah was just coming here to say these would be so much better and actually functional with RICO. It's as easy as including as small xml file in your mod package.
