If its not working for you, its because this creator used assets that were included in the Snowfall dlc. If you dont have that dlc then you're out of luck

不需要配置太高，但是内存一定大于16G。可玩性非常高，一、不需要任何mod与资源，体验游戏原生态，所以只要内存足够，CPU显卡要求不是太高；二、这是一个健康发展的城市，不开无线金币也不会崩溃。我在作者的基础上，规划了一个农业工业区，还计划规划一个矿业工业区和大学城。感谢作者分享！

2019年11月20日我实测可以打开，关闭了所有mod，25格的城市基本20格布满了建筑，38W刁民吃了27G的内存....可惜的是虽然发展到了2356年，刁民们还是不懂绕路避堵。
各种公共交通均匀分布，想要梳理清楚城市的整体规划和构造，都要花上一定的时间。很感谢

On November 20, 2019, I opened this "savegame“, provided that all mods were closed. The 25 grids of the city are basically 20 grids filled with buildings, 38W citizens ate 27GB of RAM...
It is a pity that although it was developed to 2356, the citizens still did not understand how to avoid congestion by detour.

In this city, various public transportation is evenly distributed. I feel that if I want to sort out the overall planning and construction of the city, it will take a lot of time. I'm creating a whole new city since 2015. The city now have 50k citizens and include every facilities this game provide in a painstakingly design. The building time has exceeded 1500 hours. In my not so humble opinion, it is one of the most gorgeous vanila C.S. cities every created.
However, during these three years, I broke up with three girls and my life changed a lot. I have gone through a long period of hardship and now I'm pursuing a whole new world in my life. I'm tring to hit the "start new game" button in my life. I wish I could come back to this game and finish what I started in the future, otherwise, it could be an unimaginable lose for all our C.S. community. :D

Wow, this city resembles Discovery Primea, which I am working on since 2015, but after my old disk got damaged, I could not recover the save, which was very depressing. Could I use this savegame and modify it into Discovery Primea again?

He is using Deluxe Edition landmark buildings which is why it doesn't load for some people.

进不去看看是不是：1，其他mod冲突了，全部关掉试试，这个存档不需要任何mod。 2，人口太多，电脑可能带不动。
