in the case that it's not working nice with the new launcher and WotC
Find the file PerfectHacker.XComMod in your steamapps/workshop/content directory and open it in notepad. Add "RequiresXPACK=true" (without quotes) on a new line below the description.
that fixed it for me at least when it wasn't working on a chest it should have

Yes, this is a know problem with XCOM 2. It happens with nearly all mods that modify .ini files. You are supposed to be empty the My Documents\My Games\XCOM 2\XComGame\Config folder. The game will rebuild its contents after you relaunch it.

I like this mod, but I need to disable it for testing another one - however disabling, even unsubscribing, still leaves hack chance at 100%. Any way to fix?

Interrupt Protocol is the normal hacking action done by anyone.

Yes. This Mod can be very handy. Specially when playing other mods during legendary gameplay & campaign such as 'increased enemy alien squads', 'stronger turrents', 'stronger sectopoid', 'double elite enemies pods', 'extra enemy alien reinforcement' mods, turning the game extremely difficult each mission.:DarkOphelia:
