The mod makes it so on objective completion but required evac, the game does a coin flip and decides whether you get the point of interest or mission reward.
My question is. Don't you already counter the dark event if you evac after completing the objective? If so, what does this change?
What I ideally want out of a mod like this would be to counter the dark event, but get no rewards/corpses if you bail after the obj, while also fixing the fact that it says "Mission Failed" with your soldiers looking like they just watched their best friends die out on the field.
My confusion is that you keep mentioning "point of interest." What do you mean by that, exactly? And does this mod make it so you DO get the mission reward from from bailing after completing the objective? Thanks for your work and thanks for being so clearly responsive on these comments!

I hope someone can help you figure out how to do it. I follow the mod so if it's ever fixed I will resuscribe.

I thought this was already present in-game. I mean I once destriyed the relay and evacuated. Mission counted as "failed" but I stopped the dark event for this mission. Am I missing something ?
