Played with this mod a few years back, tried it again:
Recycler just destroys items and gives no resources.
Ind. Grinder X works, but settings don't affect it, it always gives 100% resources back.

Switched to Genesis Grinder mod, so far that one works as intended, only difference between mods IIRC - Recycler was capable of grinding blueprints and giving resources needed to craft items from said blueprints (full cost i.e. affected by quality)... I haven't tried if grinder x still could grind recipes tho.

Q: Does the Small Grinder still work? Or is it only the Recycler that works?
(I ask because an older comment claimed that the Small Grinder did not work.)

is there no way to grind more then one item? i have 100s of items to grind T-T

the items dont get recycled. ? blueprints etc dont work (primal fear mod)

I mean, does S+ allow crafting items for less resources than normal, which would result in excess resources after recycling? (That's about the only thing I could even imagine.)

-Sometimes crashes server, for example if i try to grind golden fabricated sniper rifle.
-You can grind only one item and wait

To diminish the amount of resources obtained after grinding should I add the "[RecyclerX]
GrindRate=30" on Game.ini or GUS.ini??? And is there a specific line to place it???

Hi! I had a steam update for my server today and the mod no longer works. It says it's installed, but the engram is gone as well as the recycler we had built.

@dubCut nice work! unfortunately your mod is bugged in todays ark version. the recycler seems to work fine tho the translation doesnt apply like in the grinder, the grinder itself does not work. i cant even implement the mod on my server, its causing the server to crash. i only found out by testing in a local game, where the game doesnt crash (yet). can we expect a fix? appreciate an answer.

Does this give back normal obsidian polymer? Or is it like the original that gives organic polymer?

I almost didn't try this mod because of recent comments claiming it's broken, but the mod worked perfectly fine on TI/SE/AB so far. I tried this as a way to conveniently sample objects from the crafting stations of various other decoration and landscaping mods. It was powerable and returned 100% resources as expected while I had 20+ other mods active. No issues. Perhaps others are having issues with mod conflicts and/or certain (custom) ARK worlds?

Also the grinder won't power on. The more is completely broken except for grinding stone to sand or flint, and wood to thatch.

I have put several different things in the recycler and it returns no resources... Has anyone found a fix since this appearing to have been abandoned?

The grinder doesn't seem to work at all. It doesn't appear to have any power despite my structure being rigged with S+ internal wires.

The thing I love about this mod is that you can exploit it for free and infinite resources (with the default 100 grind rate) so please don't change it. Right now I've found exploits for infinite metal, gunpowder, sparkpowder, stone, flint, charcoal, black pearls, oil, gasoline, sulfur and tree sap. There's probably more i forgot

You can't craft the X Grinder because of how many resources it needs in your inventory at the same time. My carry weight is 750 and I still can't do it

Is there any way to change it so you can dump a lot of items in it and it auto does them one at a time? Doing one at a time and waiting for it to fishing before putting another in takes ages when you have about 40 items to do.

Can we add the ability to just grind normal polymer into organic polymer? I'd like something shelf stable and not have to beat up poor penguins or ducks for it.

Hola amigo! I love your mod, but recently I have somes problems when I recycling.. For example:
ascendant saddles give me too many resources and my client crash, but not the server. I'm using HG stacking 10'000 like always but the problem is about this months.. I know I can change the config in a file, but.. Can u explain me how to do it exactly to modify the "%" of resources when I recycling? It maybe solve my problem! Gracias ^^ Un saludo!

Have some folks on my server getting pretty confused by this mod. They think the "Recycler" is the object they need to recycle items back to base resources and the "Grinder" is the machine that grinds materials like stone to other materials like flint.

yes, but if you want 100 you don't have to do that, because 100 is the default.

Should i put the "[RecyclerX]
GrindRate=100" into the Game.ini if i want to change the value or a different file?

Hey Dubcut. Is there any chance you could make the recycler turn red,blue, and green gems into regular crystal? If so that'd be awesome. Our cluster loves this mod and we want to thank you for making it!

How would this even work. You craft it in your inventory, but it requires way more ressources than you could ever hope to carry.
