There is a simfphys adaptation of the original LW vehicle, so you could find that and switch to this skin.

I can spawn the vehicles and the lights work, but the lightbar itself is missing. Is there something I may have done wrong? Thanks!

you should make a fork fire department, I usually set it up in the warehouse. Also fork SWAT and ambulance

LOL that's what I thought. Almost all games SUCK for a month after release until the creators get feedback on the mechanics of the game and how to fix it.
