Great Tactic,just one thing having problem with keeping possession what team instructions should i apply? to counter it ?

I just started my first season on fm16 at Sheff Utd. Gotta say this is the best tactic so far!

Works well on my Chelsea save, great attacking football but never have more possession unless against really poor teams, i have also changed the strikjer role to an advanced forward as diego costa didnt score many until i changed it. Apart from that a great tactic and i often use it, 2 cup wins in first season and on course to win the league

@Patrickstar I cannot answer those questions....It all depends on the situation. I cant set strict rules on when to change to attack or defend..you need to use your own judgement.
