I can ask but I just checked their pages, the creator didn't reply to any comments on their modpage nor their own page, they didn't even reply to you (I saw your gmod thingie there, you were saying I can take this down if needed and stuff), making the mod and writing "if the original creator has any issues with this, i can take it down" seems to be the way to go.
