The Axe, Camera, and Famas are unlocked after completeing certain quests, please don't read this if you don't want to see spoilers, Axe is unlocked suring the 5th ending/ secret ending by inserting a code to a door, the camera is unlocked by completeing CoF on any diffulculty within a 2.5 hour time frame, and the famas is unlocked by completeing the game in Nightmare mode,Nightmare mode being unlocked by completeing CoF for the first time.
