Yeah I did. But it says "You are not allowed to add a new mod without a Workshop image (my_mod.jpg)!"

How did you do this step? Thanks for the help btw

Just start up shogun 2, when the mod selection menu appears just double click the .pack file you wish to upload.

Actually never mind. I got the mod to work.

The only step left is how to upload it to steam workshop. How did you do it? Did you find a tutorial somewhere?

Hey svensk, I figured maybe you could help me. Did you use a normal pack file manager to do this? I know how to edit stuff, but when I used the official shogun 2 modding kit, my mod didn't take effect. So I figure you must be using a pack file manager, right?
