It really depends on if you could get the assets ripped from the game, extract the certain files you want, port them into a modeling software (343 uses Maya I believe so thats not hard, and then converting them into Source.
After that then comes the arguous task of actually getting the models into the game, something that I barely understand.
Unfortunately, its not possible to extract assets from XBONE games yet, so no.
