Any way for these to be raisable or converted into Procedural Objects?

@sLurMz There isn't an easy way, though it should be possible if you modify the assets in a 3D modeling software like Blender or something

Wow... I am certainly impressed with your mod! It's amazing what people can do with this game nowadays. I don't play Cities much right now, mostly because of my interest in other things at the moment, but when I get back into this game I will definitely try this out!

I might be seeing the scale wrong but compared to where I caddie they look like they are all par 5s

I think those are realistic lengths, I play lots of golf so I have a good idea of what a course looks like.
