I live in Universe,Milkyway,Sol,Earth,NA,USA,KS,KC and this "American" Style was discontinued before the 90's. But I can Say that Down Town KC is filled with these aging and decaying peices.

You need to make donald trump's wall, out of PURE GOLD.

you can place any comercials in it or industrial the district is just for houses so load some costum and they will grow even inside the district .

Now I'm on the hunt for commercial buildings that will "jive" with these residentials. My res areas are looking good but when I put commercial on the corners for example, they have the stupid looking vanilla buildings :)

hi most is high rise but you can use the building level up http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=410535198 that way it will keep the buildings that you want . also if you dont download the high rise buildings you sont want they dont show up

Great collection.. one problem I'm having is that I'm getting tons of tall residential buildings despite my district's no-highrise rule. I'm aiming for the screenshots you have above, which look great, but what I have now is a skyscraper forest

ty , well you need to go on higher levels mostley for the american look and use the mods to keep them on the rigght level
