@OneManDown Because there is no way to change the walls. Someone tried to changed it but it was still brick. Plus both walls cost the same. 50$ per square feet.

Actually, I tested this mod with my quick build mod (http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=637568567&searchtext=) and they both do actually work together (the built in + these ones + my ones all show up).
