Not sure the PHrourion is working. Plus I have to say that I don't really think it's that much of a winner of an improvement as given that on many tiles it would be better to build something else. Sure on tundra, desert and snow, they're great but I still think they should generate +1 gold given that they all those trainees have to spend their pay on something.

I don't think your Civs are compatible with the newest versions of Piety and Cities in Develepment, my game just keeps freezing after about 20-30 turns. The only other mods i have are Cities in Development and Rise to Power(Piety) and their requirements, with this Civ (Bactria) and another of yor civs, the Ottomans under Mehmed.

How should the Phrourion work? Where should I see the extra citizen? E.g. in my city I have two unemployed citizens, I set one to work the phrourion. There is one unemployed citizen? With or without a military unit garrisoned.

A usurper, you use "an" for words that start with a vowel sound, usurper has a consonant sound beginning "yu". It's not an unique and an unit, it's a unique and a unit. Just like hour has a vowel sound at the beginning so it's an hour even though it begins with a consonant.

Language lessons aside, this looks like a pretty cool civ

@You don't need any other mods for this to work, but you do need Brave New World DLC. Just subscribe to this mod, and when you bring up mods in game activate it and then you can play as him.
