I am getting some graphical issues with this mod, as all the icons are switched around. I will not use this mod untill it has been fixed.

i have some critism for your Dormitory (the 10x10)

You have placed 14 bunk beds in it. but the room size is just 8x8 squares, so its 64 squares at all. you need 4 squares per prisoner. So you can hold 64/4 = 16 prisoners. As a result you need only 8 bunk beds (as 1 bunk bed, can hold 2 prisoners)
