then i'd suggest you update the description to say that is one a is a "different" apollo theater from the one in harlem because when most people think of "apollo theater" they think of the one in harlem

ok this description is WILDLY INACCURATE the apollo theater was NEVER located on 42nd or 43rd streets, it location has ALWAYS been on 125th st in the harlem section of NYC

Nice building, but would you consider also doing it as a generic commerical? It would fit well with some of the other NYC style buildings, but right now it's not possible due to leisure classification.
