oh yeah, i use fletcher voice pack already, i actually have that as a public service announcement on javik head mod page and garrus head mod page. it's pretty close, still i want the real deal lol.

also when i said javik has "alien voice modification" , i don't mean his african accent. i mean the subtle resonance you hear as he speak. it's the same type of resonance you hear from teammates like garrus and tali. it's hard to explain, but it's there if you listen very closely.

this resonance is the reason the other mod author galw1n won't do javik's voice pack, he only wants to do "pure" human sounding voices like asari or human teammate voices.

also @Jill Sandwich: his accent isn't alien, it's African :P

@Jill Sandwich: get Fletcher's voice pack from Dirty Bomb, the VA and accent is pretty close.

It's incredibly unlikely. I only updated Legion and EDI because it's a quick ini-change. A new voice packs takes hours of work and I just don't have the time, or in the inclination.

Plus I don't actually like Javik, so sifting through his voice files would be a form of torture.

btw emmote can you please do javik voice pack in the future? i know we requested before, but another modder galwin plan to finish up the rest of the ME teammates. but he won't do javik because he only plans to do human sounding teammates, and javik has a bit of alien voice modidfication.

i really hope you can do javik in the future if you have the time. pretty please with sugar on top ? :)

for kaidan, there is a workaround. you can grab the star wars republic commando delta squad voice pack, use Scorch's voice. it's the same voice actor. :D

Unlikely. illequine and I don't particularly like Ashley or Kaidan.

Okay, after a full restart after the hideous time, and taking out the one other voice pack i had (which i had before recent updates), load time to start screeen is now 1 minute 30 sec, which i can live with.

Me neither. My loads times have gone from ~5mins to 20 seconds. So... I dunno.

Are you certain it's our mods and not other peoples (i.e. tried with just our mods) and are you sure our mods are updated?

Okay, was working okay before i loaded up all the ME packs, but now just took 9 mins 45 sec with only 2 thirds of packs loaded, plus another 9 minutes to load saved game!!! I really dont know why it has all suddenly gone to hell.

As I say, only our voice packs are fixed. I can't say anything about other peoples voice packs.

I've just loaded the game with my normal full compliment of mods and all 15 of our ME voice packs and it took barely 20 seconds on a 4-5 year old machine.

I resubbed them all earlier and it still took ages...will try another load now and see what happens, as it still took 5+ minutes when i unticked a number of the voice mods.

They shouldn't anymore. Voicepacks have been plagued with this problem because of a bug in ModBuddy. We have fixed this issue today.

As long as you are using up-to-date versions (restart Steam), you should no longer have any problems with our voicepacks.

The files still seem to have speed issues...i clicked all of you mods and it took the game over 6 minutes to load.
