Hey sorry for the late reply, try not selecting forearm twist before you apply the cosmetic. Scout's model doesn't have that bone so the sleeves freak out if you try to attach them

You won't be able to. You have to find it manually in the add model menu. Let me know if you have any problems attaching the models.

But you didn't make the models. Valve did. You just used GCFScape to get them from TF2 to SFM.
