And no Zeheedjr, this mod doesn't take away traffic. The cars are just to far away from the camera to be rendered at the lowest LoD possible with this mod.

Works partially,
It reduces indeed the LoD, but it doesn't improve the FPS a single frame.

However, my game now loads 2x faster

C:S version Cities: Skylines 1.10.1-f2
Core i3 3220 3.3 GHz
6 GB RAM
Intel HD Graphics 2500

Very good mod. Can be used not only to lower lod but as well to increase it over default with just a bit of FPS drop on high-end systems. Nicely done.

Is the setting of the compared 1st picture "Low"? (Level of Detail - original game graphics option)

This mod adds a factor to existing LOD variable. It shows less details compared to orginal game. On my laptop with Intel HD 520, FPS increased 10% to 20% in near view.

How does reducing LOD increase the FPS on a low end pc? Doesn't that run counter to the very idea of LOD? Hope this isn't part of the whole "alimod" spam/virus/malware getting smarter.
