Already solved that. I outright removed the ModShaderCache.upk.
The reason it's so big is because there are 20 different voices in this mod.

Yeah, I got the problem sorted. You shouldn't have the shadercache issue.
Modbuddy affect voicepacks it seems.
These guys have been doing voice packs and maybe looking at these will help you to know:

This quote being the main one: "Voicepacks have been plagued with this problem because of a bug in ModBuddy".
Apparently without the extra code and bits removed, they take up loads of memory and affect load times in a big way.
