Ah yeah they changed since their initial release. I noticed myself that the m45 does indeed use its own files now. I planned on making one of those at some point as well.

One thing I'd like to ask of you, check the M1911 and M45 sounds. Assuming nothing's changed since last I played, the sounds for them are different now, at least one mod doesn't make both guns have the modded sounds. I tried subbing to some old M45 sound mods and still got nothing.

So the audio files "bolt_back" and "Bolt_Forward"? Yeah, I like trying to slip in words if I can, I think it fits if you're as weab as I am and know what it means without ever trying to learn japanese outside anime.

That said, I can see how it may sound odd to someone who doesn't fit that category..

Because insurgency is a C-rate game at best, if it's this easy to mod, might as well make it worth playing. You cannot possibly take this game seriously, so why bother trying? Take it to the extremely non-serious.

Never saw Upotte. I looked it up, way too fitting... But if you intend for me to use sounds from the actual show, it can be a bit of a pain with background noise, music, etc..
