When I right-click and press "Change Weapon" on an NPC the weapons don't show up.

yeah for some reason when i have my npcs following me with the guns and its time for them to reload they throw an epileptic fit

every time they reload, the reload animation is stuck and they never fire again

Thanks, trying to recreate a Vietnam scenario but there are no SNPC Vietcong so best I can do is give the re-skinned combine decent weapons.

Here's the fix for the weapons not being held properly:
Go to your Gmod folder and in addons go to your CSS content folder and in weapons delete all files that start with "w_". Done.

Interesting issue that just arised now: friendlies will not fire any weapon at all (tested against enemy npcs with same said weapons)

absolutely love this addon, makes fighting npc an actual challenge and using swep weapons are justified. It also makes npc battles much more RNG.

why the hell do they turn into zombies when the use these weapons? all they do is rush the player/enemy and they easily die because of that.

@[yWeJIecm™], that's pretty much the point of the addon, as it is mentioned in the description. Although, it'd be cool if they didn't much have to aim for the head everytime.
