the mod is good, I use it with the mods that change the voices of the survivors to those of the combines and it works great, but for me it's missing a phrase.
in "Answers" there is the phrase "swear", so far so good, but in "Assistance" there is also the "swear", so I wanted to know if in case it's no too much trouble, you could remove one of the 2 "swears" and change it to the phrase "beware", since at least in my opinion, it's unnecesary to have 2 "swears" and it would be good if you added the "beware", only if it's not a bother.
the mod is already perfect like this and even more so with the voices of the combines, but personally I think the "beware" would be the missing detail.

Can anybody tell me why my specific lines don't work? It worked for like the first day, but now when I press it, the radial menu for specific lines don't even show up. But all the other ones do.

Make sure you don't have any other vocalizer installed. You can check wich addons conflict with this one in your addons menu. I use both(Admin System and this) and they work perfectly fine.

i've got an idea, tell me what you think, you should add different tones of let's go, like the basic one (vanilla) "we should go", another one (hurry up) "come on let's move", the actual one (let's go) "GO ! GO ! GO !" and the last one more panicked (RUN !) "HOLY SHIT! RUNNNNNNN!"

ok, so the specific lines 1,2 and 3 still don't work (maybe 'cause i launch in local server for use other mods)

Another mistake is in Question and answer you have (sigh) and in Assisstance you have (relax) it's the exat same thing, maybe replace one of then by another thing useful.

In (Orders) maybe you should change "take this" 'cause i think it's not really important, if we want to give someone pills we just have to use "wait" instead of "take this". (only my proposal).

I try bunch of voice commands and i think you should add (LOOK OUT !) like be careful but more loud like the danger is imminent (maybe in alert).
