Unfortunatelly no. These were just NPCs in a small town, not even intended to have dialogs. They are racoons, so, you wouldn´t expect them to talk, anyway.

Soooooooo...since you have racoon sprites, I don't suppose you have other racoon stuffs do ya? (e.g. enemies, face sprites, ect.)

Man, the sprite looks so CUTE, (I think I'ma add these sprites as an easter egg. e.e) Great job!

Well, if you find any usefull use for them you´re wellcome to use them freely, even for commercial purposses (if you think someone would pay for this). You can even modify or edit these sprites, if it helps to fit them better in your work.
It would be nice to receive some credit though, but not mandatory. I would make me happy just to see my art on other´s projects.
