If it's not a secret, what you going to do next? I allready want to download it.
I know that green collor is regulary used in radiolocation-technology, because it's the most safe-friendly colour for the eyes, but still, it's even more seizure-dangerous to look at it too long, than original game with it's flashy colours.
aside of that it's interesting, esepcially if you do snag an 8-bit soundtrack (oddly enough, even brace yourself games stopped work on this , the devs!)
they made liek 4 tracks, and then kinda *poof* lol.

it's too difficult to make things out, and iodk what chests colors im seeing, and it's just too ... green.
maybe go with the alt GB look of white and black?
try zone 3 to see what i mean, the mobs kinda blend into the no-disntiguishable fire/ice zones.
i actyually spliced another mod in , just to be able to see enemies.
i like the idea tho.
