There are some bones called "twist" bones, which are unnamed as "bone" due to the fact they AREN'T supposed to be applied or even touched at all. That's the breaks when you have to apply animations to any model outside of the standard Valve format.

Little extra problem with that: the models literally melt/deform while trying to pose them, which can lead to what was supposed to be a scene of finding survivors into the aftermath of a Demolition Derby with large trucks crossbred with HyperCars: It's not gonna look pretty, and it'll take forever to fix it.

you'll have to do that manually with the puppet you are copying to the model, the bones are not traditional valve names when first import.

I tried to use the animated props tool, and none of the bones are actually bound to anything, and some of the bones don't even exist in the normal VALVᴱ Ragdoll.

That's a problem of whatever tool you're using, not the model pack

When I try to make them into "positions" by using a poser mod.... its says the ragdolls have no bones

Hey I wanted to ask how you managed to extract these models, been trying to find a way to get the dead rising 2 models for a while to animate in blender, if you could be any help id love it if you Dmed me and see if we can find a way to get more models (like the survivors and all that stuff)
