It's all fixed, thanks @alphaprior for spelling it out for me. Apologies that I didn't realise what the problem was sooner.

Loading Screen Mod reports:
MicrotechHologram.MicrotechHologram_Data
and
MicrotechLogo.MicrotechLogo_Data

Workshop asset requires private content, seems like asset bug?

Obviously when this asset was created instead of the uploaded workshop props local ones were used. So it they have to be placed again but you should delete local files and use the uploaded ones.

Thanks for the heads up, I've not recieved that error before. I'll have to reinstall the game and try to figure this one out. I'll see if I can get this error to happen. Been out of the loop recently.

I get the following error messeage with the Loading Screen Mod "...Microtech Labs_Data Workshop asset requires private content, seems like asset bug?" and as a result the two required props are not showing. Looks still very good though, and I love to place it!

I had some time to change the textures on the dome, I believe the borders improve them.

You can use the normal map instead of adding more tris.

@ boformer Yeah unfortunately its just a glass texture, I had all the window borders modelled out in 3d, but the poly count was huge. I could just have a flat texture around each window segment, but I don't know if that will look any better. I'll play around with it, and update the model if it improves the look.
