The reason there is no industrial demand is all the freight stations, freight harbours etc, even when they are turned off the still employ people from the industry sector.
Deleting them will give Industrial demand back

Nice map, i have a population well over a 1000, but still no industrial demand.
never happended before when building a city.

@ivuckovecki hmmm interesting, there are two possibilities that I can think of that could be why. 1. There could be no airplane paths on the map (Not sure about this, we found the base map on the workshop). 2. There could be a bug causing this. :\

Sorry about that, if anyone can find a solution let me know.

Great map, love playing it! The only issue is that I cannot get the airport to work. I build one, but no airplanes land...

@ Napiercpt: To be honest this map probably took close to 55-60 hours for full completion between myself and my colleague. Was a very fun build though.
