so intresting issue. i am unable to spawn the ragdoll of him. it dosent evan try. i click the ragdoll image and it dosent spawn anything. Than when i try to use the PM it shows only an error. Any ideas whats wrong?

You can press and hold C to open the context menu and select it there from the player model list

Or if you're playing in singleplayer or you're hosting your own server you can open the console and paste this into it:
lua_run Entity(1):SetModel( "models/player/magneto.mdl" )
