When I enable the mods and launch, nothing happens. I don't understand, i didn't put them ALL at once I followed instructions? What am i doing wrong, I'm new to EU4.

Use either 'Gold' or 'White' or none of those for a dark map font.
For the opacity add-ons: Use only one of them at the same time, as they all modify the same file.

@Kryo thank you. I did misphrase that a bit. What I meant to say is. Which of these mods should I not have activated at the same time with others. For example. Could I or should I use Terrarum Gold and Terrarum White together, or only one or the other. and then for the opacity mods which wones can I use togetehr, or can I only use medium opacity OR Even More Opacity OR More Opacity. Or can one or more of those be used at the same time?

@ SNKN: You can subscribe to all items at once. The only one you need to activate In the launcher is 'Theatrum Orbis Terrarum (Carthoge Reloaded)', that's the base. Everything else is optional, You can combine the add-ons in any way you want, but you need to choose one of the opacity add-ons for your session.
If you'd like to use another opaciy add-on in your achievement-run, that's possible too. Check the box 'show incompatible save games' if your save game isn't listed in the load menu.

Can I subscribe to all of these at once or are some of these speciifc alternate choices. I am a bit confused with that.

It's still working fine. Make sure you don't have any conflicting mods enabled. If that doesn't help, delete everything within this folder and restart the game: Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV\gfx

Menu just crashes when I select certain mods from the mod menu. I've downloaded the mod at least 2x now and verified cache.

Would it be possible to throw in an add-on that would make this capatible with Tullio's User Interface? I feel like the UI he uses would mesh well with the graphical map changes this mod performs.

Already done: Add-On: Flat Map
It's not included in this collection, because it disables the possibility to get achievements.

Will there be a Flatmap one? If i'm not mistaken Carthoge was flatmap.
