I have only two things to say then : GIT GUD.

I'm not all that savvy with modding--I just picked up Blender one day and out came this mod. I'm lucky I got it working in the first place, really. I still have all the files and whatnot, so i'll look into it, but no promises.

Can you fix the lightning? Compa looks weird with SS3's shaders.

Thanks! Fine-tuning is in consideration, once I find the time. I'll be sure to take a look at the shoulders aswell as the weird crouching issue.

Looks good so far, hopefully something can be done about the extended shoulders, but nice job for a first attempt
