From what I've seen in photos it goes right infront of where the Vision SLR's TA is, slightly vertically centered on it.

If you take a look at Schmal's tutorial videos on his Steam account they go over the basics of creating your own LUA file setup, that's what I used to learn!

I am still kinda new to the gmod modding area, so where would the vehicle lua file be located?

It's possible but this one was created to be used with Photon so it has to be added through the Photon LUA file for the vehicle.

this a great mod like it thats what give me an idea. would it be possible to make a Messenger
stand alone bar you can place with the toolgun!? a bit like this nod but placing a Messenger
bar on a wall with text display.
