Oh, I forgot the most key thing, sorry:
using the facial expressions will also dramatically change their design; while I change the bodies to be fatter with tiny legs, typically (like with my Sonic and FNaF mods), I would basically have to make most of the mods be close to the exact the shape of Joe, Brains, Jimmy, etc. (like a Minion shape).

It isn't important enough to me, RedWolfNJW. It'll be considered, but I don't feel my Mods would benefit a whole lot from facial expressions, more-so in terms of Frisk who doesn't have a lot of them to begin with.
