I know why it don't work! The sound files need to be called menu_theme not main_theme. After changing those filenames it should work, I just tested it by making a VPK of it myself and moving it into the Workshop directory where your mod is (replaced your file), and it loaded fine. It don't even need to be moved to the custom folder. :)

To work with the current version of Insurgency, you can remove the .wav version from the VPK, and copy the same file over and over again so you have menu_theme.ogg, menu_theme2.ogg, menu_theme3.ogg, menu_theme4.ogg, menu_theme5.ogg if you want it to entirely replace the main menu music since the game randomly selects one of those files when you start the game.

By removing the .wav version you also reduce the filesize by half, even though there are many more files. :)

The file is : "Main-change.vpk".
Cut the file to the folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\insurgency2\insurgency\custom".

The file is in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\insurgency2\insurgency\custom\workshop".
