Ok the mod has been updated to no longer require the larger footprints mod. I did this by slightly shortening the ground floor lobby in the model, making it take up only 16 tiles instead of 20. I am not sure what this will do to any cities that this asset has been placed in so sorry in advance. Thanks for the positive feedback.

Change of plans, I will be updating this model to occupy less space, so no mods will be required.

Sorry about the mod requirement. The mod does currently work and is required to use this building but is not supported by its creator. I made an error during the creation of this building and mistakenly made the larger footprints mod a required mod instead of my intended use of sub-building enabler. I will be updating this mod to use the currently supported sub-building enabler mod which is currently supported.

Very nice that you go for not so well known buildings who still look very good, however you attached a mod which is out of date and not recommended for new buildings. I think theres a new version of this mod also uploaded by Boformer. You might want to take a look at that. :D

Hi. Maybe you should change the building to be using the Sub Buildings enabler as the Larger footprint mod isnt supported anymore
