Go to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\625309331

Find "AllFlags2.XComMod" open up with NOTEPAD++ or simliar software and add the line

RequiresXPACK=true

mod doesnt work for wotc anymore

I'd like to put in a request for as many Mass Effect flags as possible, but a focus on Alliance, Turian, Quarian, Asari, other racial/governmental logos and Archangel (aka Garrus' logo)

How about borderlands flags including Pandora, Hyperion, and perhaps a banner of the psyco face for use as a gang symbol.. for that matter perhaps some biker logos like hells angels and so on.... =)

Having issues with XCom 2 Development Tools, have to delete and reinstall it ( 42 GB) it was uploading files larger than normal, a file of 2 MB was around 87 MB, now don't let me update this mod, add new flags to this mod but the program want to upload as a new mod, crap !!! so this mod will no longer be updated, working in a new mod, which is giving me a headache since isn't showing the flags properly, sorry for the inconvenience. will be uploaded with all requests as soon as i find the problem.

@Miller, yes that is fixed in this mod since another user make the request, the flag will not show up unless your select the flag. thanks for the verification for other users.

Very nice! The problem I had with your indivual mods is that the flags would show up way more often but this completely fixes it!

@ddx77 agree with both of you, Steam should be able to create something like categories, flags, countries or whatever, then you can post there without annoying anybody, since you're under that categories, the main idea was releasing both, the mod with all flags (if you like what you see get the whole packet) or individual if you like just a couple, but people isn't happy seeing that (i guess)

I'm with jgbaxter, if people are getting annoyed at you releasing free content it is their problem not yours.
